All lead times start after deposit and specification confirmation, and exclude international shipping time.
Our standard OEM minimum covers logo printing or engraving, custom watch faces, branded companion app and retail packaging. It is the point at which a branded production run can be set up and inspected economically.
The minimum applies per model. Mixing several models in one shipment is possible; each model carries its own minimum. Smart-ring programmes are planned by size curve, so size sets are confirmed together with you.
Off-the-shelf models can be ordered from as little as 1-2 units, and 1-2 evaluation samples can be shipped before a bulk order. Sample cost is charged separately.
New model development has no fixed minimum - tooling, engineering scope and volume are priced together, and our R&D team of 5-10 engineers confirms feasibility first.
Factory quality-management follows ISO 9001 practice. Add shipping on top: you can use your own courier or freight-forwarder account, or we arrange express, air or sea freight and confirm Incoterms on the quotation.
