Which certificates our wearables carry, what they actually cover, and what you still have to arrange in your own market.
We state this plainly because every buyer checks it: the product certificates above are issued in the name of our manufacturing partner, and we sell under a separate written authorization.
| Role | Legal entity | Responsibility |
|---|---|---|
| Manufacturing partner / certificate holder | Shenzhen Xiangmingda Technology Co., Ltd. 深圳市翔铭达科技有限公司 | Designs and manufactures the products; holds the CE, FCC and RoHS certificates and the original test reports |
| Export & sales entity | Shenzhen Aiullain Technology Co., Ltd. 深圳市艾云莱科技有限公司 | International export business, buyer contracts, logistics, customs declarations and after-sales support |
| Authorization | Certification Authorization Letter, serial AIUL-XMD-20261026-062E89 | Grants Aiullain the non-exclusive right to use the holder's certification files and original test reports for platform compliance review and destination-country customs declaration — valid 2026-09-04 – 2029-09-03 |
This is a standard OEM/ODM arrangement and it does not limit your rights as a buyer: the certificate number, holder, covered model and applied standard are all stated on the certificates themselves, and the corresponding test reports and Declaration of Conformity are supplied on request so your compliance team can verify them directly. Full copies of the authorization letter are available on request during due diligence.
A practical note for US buyers: the FCC grant is issued to the holder and the grantee is the holder's own FCC contact. If your importer of record needs to be named on the FCC grant, that is a separate FCC step and we will tell you honestly whether it is needed for your programme — we will not imply we can amend a grant we do not hold.
The authorization letter itself. The watermarked copy below is the signed and stamped original, showing the authorization serial, the covered certification numbers and the five-year validity period. The full-resolution PDF is released on request during due diligence.
| Certificate | Covers | Why buyers need it |

| RoHS | Restriction of hazardous substances | Required for electronics placed on the EU market |
